  • Step 1: Initial Conversation We start by understanding your current setup: connection type, speeds, problems, and team size. This takes about 15 minutes and helps us recommend the right plan rather than the most expensive one.
  • Step 2: Site Qualification Check We check what services are available at your address. Not every location can get every connection type. This step happens before you commit to anything. If the infrastructure does not support what you need, we tell you upfront.
  • Step 3: Plan Selection and Agreement You get a clear breakdown of monthly costs, setup fees, and contract terms before signing anything. No surprises. No hidden fees discovered on your first bill.
  • Step 4: Installation and Provisioning Internet connections provision within 3 to 5 business days. Phone system installations (3CX) take 5 to 7 business days including number porting. We coordinate timing that works for your business.
  • Step 5: Testing and Handover We test the connection to confirm you are getting the speeds and performance we promised. You meet your dedicated account manager, your ongoing point of contact for support, changes, and questions.

  • Equipment: NBN plans include a free modem option (or TP-Link modem at $149.95 inc GST). Business fibre equipment is provided as part of setup.
